The Best Leaders Are Insatiable Learners

HBR blogger, Bill Taylor, shares his view on the importance of leaders who are learners and draws upon some terrific examples. I’ll count this as more evidence that Satya’s passion for reading and learning is a great sign for Microsoft (as I said in my July 17th, 2014 blog post).

  1. Jennie, I am 78 and retired and the way I stay young at heart and young of mind is to do just what John Gardner advised – learn something new every day; interact with varieties of people, many with different world views than yourself; keep your zest until the day you die. It works for me and keeps my mind and my approach to life’s challenges much fresher than than they otherwise might be. Thanks for sharing Bill Taylor’s Blog.
